All items will be delivered using tracked services (UK only). For worldwide shipping prices may vary due to locations please contact before ordering. We will inform you of the shipping costs for items before you confirm your order.
Our delivery costs are flat and there are no extra costs at delivery.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse. International order(s) outside of the United Kingdom, you are responsible for any additional fees for your country and all customs fees.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier.
Return & Exchange Policy
What should I do if my order is damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in shipment please email us immediately and we'll give you further instructions on how to resolve the issue. Intaglio cannot accept responsibility for damage to deliveries unless we are notified within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
Can I return an order item?
Intaglio is happy to supply a full refund within 14 days in the unlikely event there is any obvious physical problem with your product which is directly a result of a manufacturer problem at our end. However we are not responsible for any oversight on your part in relation to damage occurred from handling or other accidents when handling the item.
Be aware that you should check the preview online before you order to make sure you're happy with how it looks. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.
If you should receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us (during working hours) within 7 days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing, refunding, or delivering another item by way of an exchange. The faulty item will need to be returned to us before we can send out any replacements. We will be happy to exchange or refund providing the goods are returned in perfect, unworn condition in their original packaging.
